Come join us at the National Paddlesports Conference at the Nantahala Outdoor Center on Friday, October 20th. This class is designed for instructors and enthusiasts of all disciplines who want to learn about and experience prone river paddling. We will begin on dry land, where we will cover the history, applications and different uses of Bellyak, with a specific focus on adaptive paddling applications. The second half of the course will be our ‘on water’ portion, where participants will have the option to practice prone river surfing at the Founders Bridge. For the adventurous and brave we will move to the Nantahala Falls to apply our skills.
